Classes will be held every Wednesday from 6:30-9:00 pm at Regional Connections, 725 Main St., Winkler.

Class dates are Oct. 17, 24, 31, Nov. 7, 14, 21, 28.

Eastern Mosaic Cultural Festival a Big Success

Hundreds of people came to Parkland School in Winkler on Saturday, February 25th to celebrate the home cultures of newcomers to the Pembina Valley from Asia.  There was delicious food, cultural dances, demonstrations, and display booths.

Latin American Fiesta Celebrates Diversity

 A good crowd showed up at the Winkler MB church on January 28 to celebrate some of the Latin American cultures represented by newcomers in our area.  There were displays, presentations, food, music, and dances.

Regional Connections opened new offices and classrooms at 295 Perry St., Winkler.  The new building houses South Central Immigrant Services (SCIS), Pembina Valley Language Education for Adults (PVLEA), and English at Work.
